Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), as well as other applicable U.S. state privacy laws (collectively, "Applicable U.S. State Privacy Laws"), residents of certain U.S. states, including California, have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information.
Our Approach to Selling and Sharing Personal Information
We do not "sell" personal information to third parties nor do we exchange personal information for monetary consideration.
We may "share" your personal information, as defined under Applicable U.S. State Privacy Laws, for purposes such as cross-context behavioral advertising. This may include sharing identifiers or online activity information with advertising partners.
Your Right to Opt Out
You have the right to opt out of the sharing of your personal information.
You can exercise this right by adjusting your preferences through our consent management platform. Access it via 'Privacy Preferences' in the website footer or in your account settings on the mobile app.
Once you opt out, we will honor your request in accordance with the Applicable U.S. State Privacy Laws.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your opt-out rights under the Applicable U.S. State Privacy Laws.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We recognize and honor browser-based opt-out signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or device sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for that browser or device, to the extent required by the Applicable U.S. State Privacy Laws.
Authorized Agents
Depending on your state of residence, you may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf to submit an opt-out request under the Applicable U.S. State Privacy Laws. In such cases, we may require the authorized agent to provide written proof that you gave them signed permission to submit the request.
