Companies adopting this Privacy Policy from among Mercari, Inc., and Mercari Group companies (defined in the separate Privacy Guide; hereinafter referred to as “the Group”) shall handle the personal information of customers and business partners (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”) residing in Japan based on the following “Privacy Policy.” In addition to the “Privacy Policy,” the Group may set out a special privacy policy for financial services and other such individual service categories (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Privacy Policy”). 9. Use of Cookies, etc.
